Humankind has known regular consumption of apple since ancient times. The fruits contain several bioactive compounds for human. Nowadays, a lot breeded varieties are in cultivation on the world. There more than 7,500 cultivars apples, resulting wide range desired characteristics. Gala series apples one most popular and common Hungary 21st century. Must was used as subject study to compare fruit quality Hungarian with Pinova commercially available Royal apples. By studying data recorded samples collected orchard, following points were studied its Szentes region is described: total sugar concentration, firmness, colour biological ripening status opinion consumers.
